I’ve gone to the Voorhees Diner on Route 73 a few times, mostly because it is conveniently located.  A buddy of mine lives in Marlton and the Marlton Diner is mostly hit or miss.  (Actually, mostly miss these days.)  Redstone is cool, but too expensive.  I had had a bad experience at the Voorhees Diner once.  I hear it’s run by the same people that do the South Street Diner, which I like.  I went back and it’s okay.  The fries are the kind I don’t like, however, with the batter or crusty stuff or whatever you want to call it.

This time, I opted for a salad.  The selection is pretty decent, but no giant taco shell/Mexican salad, which is what I kinda wanted.  The Caesar salad with chicken was decent.  Nothing spectacular.  If you stick to the basics, especially the breakfast food, you can’t go wrong here.  If you got too far out on a limb with the exotic or complicated stuff, you’re asking for trouble.  The pastries also look really good, but I have yet to try any.

The service is always decent.  The staff is friendly and the place is clean.  They don’t mind me and my friend discussing politics for a few hours, even though we don’t order too much.  Thanks Voorhees Diner!

I give the Voorhees Diner 6.5 out of 10 keggers.
