Atmosphere: In route to the Frankfort Comic Con, my first food stop was lunch in Frederick, MD. Thankfully, I stumbled upon a diner. There are, sadly, not enough of them across the U.S.
The waitress suggested this open faced meat sandwiched, which wasn’t bad. Came with meat, gravy and white bread. Decent, but the big headline were the handcut fries. Ooo, they were nice. Plus, regular Heinz ketchup. Not the crap stuff they’ve been serving in NJ locally now.
I give the Mountain View Diner 8 out of 10 keggers.
