Recommended by Anthony Bourdain of No Reservations fame, Jiro is a documentary about an 85 year-old sushi chef.  He’s simply the best one alive.  His small restaurant is located in the subway and a seat must be reserved a month in advance.  The minimum cost, $300 a seat.

But when you hear the lengths to which Jiro goes to make his legendary food, you will understand why.  And if you are all interested in sushi, you’ll find out some interesting stuff about it.  If this isn’t in your Netflix cue right now, put it there and watch it soon.  Thumbs up.  Watch it.
